LCN-01A prepares to teach everyone the difference between concealment and cover.

That up there might be a sneak preview for something. Or maybe not. I will say that, suicidally, the pirate game isn’t the only thing I’m working on right now (though it really should be)

Anyway. So the SD Comicon starts today (Well yesterday technically, but shut up) and this’ll be the first year in.. eh.. a while that I haven’t gone. *sad face*  Usually I just show up on sunday and shop around, as I’m usually there more for the book-buying than any actual exhibits or previous or famous-people-watching and all such. The one nice thing is every year I seem to bump into artists that I see online, and it’s always pretty cool to connect faces and voices to the lines and colors I see on my monitor, or in print. ..though generally I don’t actually -talk- to these people, but rather stalk them from afar, as is the custom of my people.  Plus obviously it’s an excellent people watching venue. Even if some of those people seem to be increasingly wince-inducing with every passing year.

So yeah, I’m bummed I’m not going. But there’s still next year.. Maybe. I hear evil whispers about how they might be changing venues soon and this makes me very sad. I think if they moved it anywhere else I probably wouldn’t get off my ass to go.

In other news;

Today I got so hungry I ate some taffy.
